Before coaching with Colette, I struggled with procrastination and limiting beliefs about myself. My goal was to feel better and start living my life to the fullest again.

Then Colette taught me that the changes don’t have to be radical, they can be small and still might turn out to be very impactful – by introducing small action steps into my daily schedule and thus creating new habits I can improve the quality of my life (for example wins and gratitude journal – which does miracles , taking deep breaths throughout the day, mindful meals, taking breaks from work).

The most significant results I’ve experienced from coaching with Colette are:

-          I feel that I achieved my goal – I feel better and I have tangible results! I became aware of my limiting beliefs, I worked on them through a variety of exercises, I created new empowering habits and started prioritizing myself.

-          I was the one who arrived at the conclusions and found the answers I was seeking, which was quite surprising – Colette was only facilitating that process by listening to me and asking the right questions,

-          I know how to maintain it - apart from actions that I already incorporated into my routine, I have a set of exercises which I can always go back to. Colette also helped me become aware of the thought processes behind some of my behavior, together we dug deep and realized the root of some of the issues I struggled with. I can now work on them with my therapist.

What I loved most about coaching with Colette is her empathy, genuine interest in the client and listening skills. I felt well taken care of by her throughout the whole 12 weeks. She genuinely wanted to help me succeed, was checking-in with me regularly and providing extra push when she noticed I might need it. Colette is caring, tolerant and professional, she created  an amazing atmosphere during our sessions where I felt safe to share my deepest thoughts with her and always felt understood".

I struggled with maintaining weight and trying to stop smoking. I felt like I am trapped in my own bad habits... if we speak about accomplishments, then, what has definitely changed, is the feeling of guilt, as well as the love and support towards myself.

Working with you, I enjoyed all the meditation and breathing excercises, your voice is soothing. I would definitely highlight your ability of pointing out things that are still in my mind, without a form, you somehow know already what am I about to say.[Reframing] negative thoughts and statements into positive ones seems natural to you and you should keep that forever!

Before coaching with Colette, I struggled with my weight and confidence.  I had become socially isolated through my own actions due to a lack of confidence and would make excuses to turn down opportunities.

​

I have struggled and denied that struggle with my weight for most of my adult life, I would avoid the scales for fear of facing the size of the task in hand to get it back under control and the thought of doing that always seemed too much, that then filtered into other areas of my life so i started becoming less social and would make excuses not to go to things as I just didn't feel happy within myself any more and my confidence was at an all time low.

I then started to work with Nourish and with Colette's support and assistance i have managed to get down to my lowest weight ever as an adult, i am buying clothes sizes I didn't think I would ever need again, sizes I had needed since being a teenager and I have no fear stepping on the scales, in fact it motivates me to see how far I have come and how much more I can achieve - so far I have lost 16kgs and I'm inspired to see just how much fitter I can become.

​

The results I have achieved have also inspired me to embrace opportunities in other areas of my life, I have accepted challenges that I would have avoided earlier in the year, I have set goals that just six months ago would have seemed impossible to achieve and I have become far more confident, happy and energised. Colette taught me that I was holding myself back and that previously held beliefs around food and social situations were just habits that I could reprogram and become whatever I wanted to be.

I now embrace new opportunities with a much more positive outlook and I have developed a set of healthy habits that have improved my life in so many ways.

 

What I loved most about coaching with Colette is that every session felt like an informal friendly chat which she made a welcoming, relaxing and non-judgmental caring space.  She is so accommodating and at no point did there ever feel like there was pressure, she is calm and thorough without being pushy and I looked forward to seeing what new things we would do each week.

​

The success I have had goes far beyond the weighing scales and I can't begin to express my gratitude for the help, support and encouragement you have given me so far.
